Postnatal massage
I offer postnatal massage, aromatherapy or reflex zone therapy so that you, your partner and family can continue to receive support in the important weeks and months after your baby’s birth. I can help with some appropriate exercises to get you back into shape, I offer breast feeding support and baby massage tuition. Home visits can be arranged to fit in with you and your baby and I will be holding group baby massage classes.
