Pregnancy movement & breathing: antenatal preparation classes
Whilst enjoying the changes taking place in your body as your baby develops the aim of this class is to allow you a deeper sense of connection and relaxation, and of confidence and empowerment as your pregnancy progresses.
This class provides you with a great opportunity to share your experience with fellow expectant mums, enjoying the wonderful experience of impending motherhood. There will also be opportunities to include all the dads-to-be at classes in your third trimester where we will concentrate on some breathing, beneficial exercises and massage techniques which gives partners a very positive role for labour and birth.
