Personal Training - Running Club

You can join me and a few other joggers that run most Thursday evenings at the Meadhurst Club at 6pm. 10k run is our normal weekly run, and at a 52-55 minute pace.

We are normally just beginner to intermediate levels, but occasionally there are people that wish to train for a Marathon, so we can increase the distance or even do specific interval training to pick up your speed a little more.

There is a large field at Meadhurst, which is 0.4 miles around the edge (we have been known to run around 17 times, but for beginners, they can drop out as and when they wish) and I have a 6 mile run down towards lower Sunbury and back, or an 8 mile run around the Queen Mary Reservoir towards Laleham and back to the Club. There are more courses that I have for the Marathon trainer, that include Bushy park and running along the river Thames past Hampton Court and Kingston.

If you enjoy running, and can see the benefit of training as a group, and taking part in races as part of a team, you are welcome to join me. There are some local charity marathon's and half marathons on my Outside Training page, which you may want to register for.

The club is not as yet affiliated to England Athletics Association for Road Running, but it may in the near future.
